These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 44bk platform and all related services. 44bk is an online casino and sports betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds may only be deposited into 44bk through our approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name when making a deposit.
• Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 44bk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not supported.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 adds a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 for a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used in eligible games or betting categories.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred from one promotional offer to another.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed.
• 44bk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The 44bk VIP Program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Advancing to a higher tier unlocks weekly cashback and special privileges. The specific benefits and terms for each VIP tier are published separately.

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is only valid once the system has successfully confirmed it. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, 44bk reserves the right to declare it void.

6.2 Result Determination

All game and betting results are determined through a fair and verifiable process. The RNG (Random Number Generator) technology used in slots and casino games ensures that every result is completely random.

6.3 Erroneous Transactions

If incorrect odds, payouts, or bonuses are issued due to a software or hardware error, 44bk reserves the right to cancel that transaction and restore the balance to what it was before the error.

6.4 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to sports betting:

• All bets must be confirmed before the event begins.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• 44bk is not liable if a bet is not accepted during live betting due to a technical interruption.
• Where codes and coupons are used, the terms of the specific promotion will apply.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false, misleading, or another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse, bonus arbitrage, or exploitation of the system.
• Software hacking, reverse engineering, or use of unauthorised automation tools.
• Betting or gaming on behalf of a third party (agency activity).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Coordinating bets or colluding with other members.
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute against the platform.

8.1 Suspension by 44bk

44bk may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by emailing the support team at ([email protected]). Before closing your account, please withdraw your balance (provided wagering requirements have been met).

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity on an account for an extended period, it may be marked as inactive. Please contact the support team for details on the inactive account policy.
